As Strategy Director, you will:
- Generate, encourage, and nurture new strategic ideas for clients of the Group.
- Solve problems together with the Account and Creative teams.
- Identify business impact of upcoming trends and implement strategy accordingly.
- Lead business pitches and client presentations.
- Be the authority on the category and the client’s business.
- Partner category head-level clients in decision making.
- Convince clients to buy into effective strategic and creative product that will drive results.
- Nurture and inspire young talent to bring out their best.
- Lead the award entries process.
- Further lead the creative and strategic reputation of the Group.
- Draw valuable and actionable insights from our proprietary culture and trendspotting tools.
Essentials:
- 10 + years of experience in marketing strategy.
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Mass Communication /Advertising or an equivalent degree.
- Strategic and creative thinking.
- Leadership skills and an eye for talent.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organisational skills.
