Manager – After Sales - Freedo

Freedo is looking for a Manager – After Sales to lead our service operations and ensure our two-wheeler customers enjoy the best-in-class experience. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your leadership skills, work with a dynamic team, and make a tangible impact in a fast-growing company.

What You’ll Do

- Lead City-Level After Sales Operations:
Guide and mentor your service team, maintain fleet performance, and ensure smooth operations in collaboration with city heads and backend teams.
- Drive Operational Excellence:
Develop and implement strategies for repair & maintenance, streamline processes, and ensure efficiency across all after-sales activities.
- Inventory & Vendor Management:
Oversee procurement, tracking, and maintenance of parts/accessories while managing vendor relationships and payments.
- Customer Delight:
Monitor feedback, address issues promptly, and uphold high standards of service quality for all Freedo vehicles.
- Budget & Compliance Oversight:
Manage budgets, control costs, ensure regulatory compliance, and stay updated with industry trends.
- Dealer Relations:
Maintain strong relationships with HMCL dealers and tie up with local dealers for emergency support.
- Data-Driven Decisions:
Generate performance reports and use insights to optimize processes and team performance.

What We’re Looking For

- Education:

BE/BTech (Master’s preferred, not mandatory)

- Experience:

3+ years in two-wheeler after sales operations, fleet maintenance, or a related field. Team leadership experience is a plus.

- Working Days: 6 (Saturday WFH)
