Role Overview :
The Regional Business Head will own and drive overall business performance for the city, taking full accountability for revenue, profitability, operations, customer experience, and team leadership. This role requires a strong operator with deep business acumen, the ability to scale city operations, and a hands-on approach to driving growth while ensuring healthy unit economics.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end city P&L including revenue, margins, operational costs, and EBITDA.
- Track and manage unit economics, cost drivers, and profitability levers.
- Drive forecasting, budgeting, and monthly business reviews for the city.
- Build and execute city-level business strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to accelerate top-line.
- Drive process optimization, cost efficiencies, and operational productivity.
- Manage and mentor city-level business, ops, and support teams.
- Drive performance culture with clear KPIs, governance, and structured reviews.
- Drive root-cause analysis and closure of customer issues impacting business or profitability.
- Act as the key liaison between city teams and central leadership.
Qualifications
- 6–12+ years of experience in P&L leadership, city operations, business management, or similar roles.
- Experience in high-growth environments such as real estate, logistics, mobility, e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer services.
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and scale city operations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
