About the Role:
As a Manager - NPD, you will lead the end-to-end journey of new product development — from concept ideation to market launch. You will collaborate closely with R&D, marketing, regulatory, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality, effective, and compliant skincare products.

Key Responsibilities Product Conceptualisation - Develop and refine innovative skincare product concepts based on market trends, consumer insights, and brand strategy.
Project Management - Own and drive the NPD lifecycle, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with different teams including packaging, procurement, regulatory, marketing, and operations teams to take products from concept to shelf.
Ingredient & Formulation Development - Identify key actives, evaluate prototypes, and refine formulations for performance, stability, and safety. Coordinate with derma-focused manufacturers and vendors.
Consumer Testing & Validation - Oversee sensory testing, trials, and consumer feedback loops to validate product-market fit.
Regulatory & Compliance - Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (BIS, FDA, EU, etc.), including claims, labelling, and documentation.
Budget & Resource Management - Monitor NPD budgets and manage resources efficiently.
Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
3–5 years of experience in NPD within skincare / personal care / cosmeceuticals
Proven track record of successfully launching skincare products
Strong understanding of formulation science and regulatory compliance
Experience working with manufacturers in the derma space (preferred)
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong awareness of beauty industry trends and ingredient innovation
