We are inviting applications for the role of Process Developer/Management Trainee, Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior Manager Band, Accounts Receivable
In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across Accounts Receivable billing and cash application functions for multiple property management clients and portfolios. You will own AR governance, financial outcomes, and client relationships while driving transformation, standardization, and scalability of AR operating models. The role demands enterprise-level accountability for AR performance, risk management, compliance, and value creation, along with leadership of large, multi-layered teams and senior stakeholder engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own the operational and financial integrity of billing and cash application processes across multiple property portfolios, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and cash flow reporting.
Define and execute AR operating strategy aligned to client cash flow objectives, revenue assurance, and financial reporting requirements.
Establish governance frameworks for tenant billing accuracy, cash application integrity, unapplied cash control, and AR aging health.
Drive large-scale transformation of AR processes through standardization, automation, and digital enablement across property management platforms.
Provide executive oversight of AR month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, including financial integrity, risk exposure, and compliance posture to all the stakeholders in a timely manner.
Define AR control frameworks supporting SOX, internal audits, and external audits across all engagements.
Drive long-term AR capability building including centralized billing models, advanced cash application analytics, and predictive aging management.
Review and govern AR economics including productivity benchmarks, and margin performance.
Develop and mentor managers and assistant managers across AR operations, ensuring succession planning and leadership continuity.
Manage AR staffing models, capacity planning, and demand fluctuations aligned with billing cycles and close calendars.
Ensure sustained operational excellence, client confidence, and scalable growth across AR engagements.
Provide insights via M  & Q  in relation to monthly and quarterly performance and recommend improvements in executive governance and strategic client forums.
Set performance goals, conduct regular one-on-one meetings, and establish development plans to build internal accounting capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in commerce and accounting from an accredited university
9 - 12 years of progressive accounting experience, with 5+ years in a supervisory or management role. Commercial/Residential real estate or property management experience is mandatory.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, JD Edwards etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of GAAP, AR billings and cash applications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
