About the Role
The Voice Coach will be responsible for enhancing the performance of our agents through effective coaching and training.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular coaching sessions with agents.
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance.
- Provide feedback and develop action plans for improvement.
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify training needs.
- Develop training materials and resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in a coaching or training role.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
Pay range and compensation package :
Upto 7 lpa
