Role Overview
The Pre Sales Team Lead will manage and mentor the presales calling team responsible for handling inquiries, nurturing prospects, and driving qualified site visits for the sales team. This role focuses on achieving lead conversion targets, ensuring CRM hygiene, and improving the overall effectiveness of presales operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Handling & Conversion
Manage the endtoend lead cycle from first call to site visit scheduling.
Ensure timely followups, lead nurturing, and adherence to calling SLAs.
Track and improve leadtositevisit and sitevisittobooking ratios.
2. Team Management
Lead, train, and motivate a team of presales executives.
Conduct call quality checks, provide coaching, and run performance reviews.
Allocate leads fairly and monitor daily productivity metrics.
3. CRM & Reporting
Ensure accurate and updated lead status in CRM tools (e.g., Leadsquare, Salesforce, No Broker Hood ).
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on conversions, lead quality, and team performance.
Share insights with sales and marketing teams for lead source optimization.
4. Customer Interaction
Handle escalated or highvalue leads personally to maximize conversion chances.
Provide accurate project details, pricing, USPs, and address customer queries.
Coordinate with sales for smooth handover and seamless customer experience.
5. Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign ROI.
Support the sales team with prequalified, well informed prospects.
Align on targets, project updates, and promotional strategies.
Required Skills & Competencies
