The Role
We are looking for a  Manager - Community Marketing  who thrives at the intersection of hospitality and high-growth marketing. You won’t just be "running events"; you will be the chief storyteller of our brand in the heart of the societies we serve. You are responsible for ensuring every resident's first touchpoint with Freshly—whether it’s a surprise gift at their door or a tandoori tea at our pop-up—is unforgettable.

What you’ll do:

Lead Society Takeovers:  Orchestrate end-to-end community activations, from morning gift-drops to weekend pop-up experiences.
Be the Expert Voice:  Educate residents on our "Freshness Timeline" and unique "Real Image" technology with passion and clarity.
Sensory Storytelling:  Manage live sampling and "Taste Challenges" (like our fresh curd, bread and butter and stone-ground atta) to prove our quality difference.
On-Ground Operations:  Own the setup, logistics, and training & coordination of the team for pop-up stalls in premium gated societies.
Community Growth:  Manage society-specific Whats App "Concierge" groups to build trust, handle feedback, and drive recurring habit formation.
Feedback Loop:  Capture direct customer insights to help the founders refine the product roadmap and private label offerings.

Who you are:
The "Host" Energy:  You are a natural people-person who can engage a skeptical resident and turn them into a brand advocate within minutes.

Proven Experience:

You have previously led on-ground events, society activations, or BTL marketing campaigns (Required).
Gurgaon Resident:  You know the pulse of Gurgaon’s mass-affluent societies and are comfortable with local travel.
Quality Obsessed:  You genuinely care about food quality and can explain the difference between "warehouse-stored" and "farm-fresh" produce.
Flexible & Gritty:  You understand that the best marketing happens when the community is at home—which means being on-ground during evenings and weekends.
