Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced   Senior Manager   to join our growing   Sales Leadership Team   in   Gurugram  . This is a key leadership position responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing a high-performing sales function in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
Build, lead, and inspire   a high-performance sales team
Design and execute innovative sales strategies aligned with business goals
Lead onboarding, training, and continuous development of sales talent
Set and maintain quality, conversion, and performance benchmarks
Monitor KPIs, deliver data-driven insights, and ensure consistent sales outcomes

Qualifications & Experience
4–8 years of experience in   B2C sales  , preferably within the travel industry.
Proven track record of managing and leading high-performing sales teams.
Demonstrated experience in building sales teams from the ground up
Strong background in the travel industry (including both long and short haul)
Deep expertise in sales training, coaching, and quality management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
