Senior Accountant — Path, GAAP & ERP Expert

Salary $80,000-$85,000

• Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages and supporting schedules
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances to ensure accuracy
• Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations
• Support work‑in‑process (WIP) analysis and percentage‑of‑completion revenue recognition
• Assist with inventory reconciliations and periodic physical inventory counts
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan activities
• Partner with leadership and the parent company on financial reporting requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency
• Assist with AP/AR functions and ad‑hoc accounting projects as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with an accounting concentration
• 3+ years of accounting experience; manufacturing or construction industry experience preferred
• Experience with month‑end close and financial reporting
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills including pivots, lookups, and formulas
• ERP experience preferred;
  Foundation experience is a plus
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
