Non-Exempt Summary
The Business Operations Generalist supports multiple departments through project coordination, administrative support, business systems management, process improvement initiatives, reporting, and operational execution.
Essential Responsibilities/Duties- Lead and/or participate in cross‑functional projects and track deliverables as directed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and leadership updates.
- Assist with documentation, SOPs, and workflow improvements.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, visitor activities, and company events.
- Support trade show logistics and customer visits.
- Generate reports and dashboards.
- Support CRM administration and customer data management.
- Assist with onboarding and training documentation.
- Support process standardization and efficiency initiatives.
- Support members of management team, professional staff as directed
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail and follow‑through
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptability in a fast‑paced environment

- Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred. Associate degree in Business, Operations, Management, Administration, or a related field will also be considered.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 2‑3 years of administrative, operations, business support, or project coordination experience preferred
- Manufacturing environment experience preferred
- Experience supporting cross‑functional teams strongly preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- ERP system experience preferred
- CRM system experience preferred
- SharePoint or document management experience preferred
