A leading large-format printing company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, coordination, and execution of print production projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Manage production schedules and project timelines for assigned accounts.
• Lead pre-production planning meetings with internal teams.
• Coordinate with scheduling, production, shipping, and customer service to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate shipping requirements and production updates.
• Respond quickly to changing customer needs and priorities.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with customers and sales representatives.
• Monitor project details to ensure quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

• Associate degree in Graphic Arts or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in print production, project management, or customer service within the printing industry preferred.
• Knowledge of large-format printing and finishing processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
• Basic math proficiency and strong English reading and writing skills.
• Experience with print management or ERP software is a plus.
