The Production Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurnee, IL. This role oversees day-to-day production activities for exterior construction projects, including scheduling jobs, coordinating crews, and ensuring materials and equipment are available on-site. The Production Specialist monitors work progress, supports field teams, and verifies that projects meet quality, safety, and timeline expectations. Daily responsibilities include communicating with customers and internal teams, resolving job-site issues, updating production records, and assisting with training for new team members on processes and standards.

The role collaborates closely with project managers and operations leadership to maintain efficient workflows and high customer satisfaction.

• Experience in construction, exterior remodeling, or a related field is beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, basic plans, and installation guidelines is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are important.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and willingness to enforce safety protocols on-site is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or construction-related education is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites in the Gurnee, IL area as needed.
