As a member assist – cart attendant, you ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, help them with purchases, and keep carts ready and available. You also assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience, operating on your feet throughout the day in all weather conditions.

• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and assist with payments.
• Ensure carts, flatbeds, and parking area are organized and functional.
• Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe situations.
• Resolve member issues and promote the company’s products and services.
• Use cash registers, cart retrieval equipment, and follow company policies.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00

Premiums may apply, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
