Essential Job Functions

The ideal candidate should be able to develop a strong relationship with the customer contacts and gain their trust as a member of the Hub team supporting their business while on site in the customer's office.

Duties to include:

* Answering general customer questions

* Communicating customer needs to the rest of the team in the Hub office

* Providing shipment status updates upon request

* Appointment scheduling

* Paperwork retrieval on delivered shipments

* Finalizing shipment data for invoicing.

* Additional duties that may be required to support the customer on site in their office.

Minimum Qualifications

* Ideal candidates should have the following experience:

* 5-10 years in a transportation or shipping related position preferred

* 2 years in a customer service related position

* General knowledge of LTL, TL, and IML mode of transportation

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, Word

* Highly effective communication, both verbal and written

* Attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer focused

Salary:
Up to $20.00/hour
