Essential Job Functions

The ideal candidate should be able to develop a strong relationship with the customer contacts and gain their trust as a member of the Hub team supporting their business while on site in the customer’s office.

The ideal candidate should be able to develop a strong relationship with the customer contacts and gain their trust as a member of the Hub team supporting their business while on site in the customer’s office.

• Answering general customer questions
• Communicating customer needs to the rest of the team in the Hub office
• Providing shipment status updates upon request
• Appointment scheduling
• Paperwork retrieval on delivered shipments
• Finalizing shipment data for invoicing.
• Additional duties that may be required to support the customer on site in their office.

• Ideal candidates should have the following experience:
• 5-10 years in a transportation or shipping related position preferred
• 2 years in a customer service related position
• General knowledge of LTL, TL, and IML mode of transportation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, Word
• Highly effective communication, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer focused

Up to $20.00/hour

This is an estimated range based on the circumstances at the time of posting; however, it may change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, market factors, geographical location, budget, and demand.
