Early Childhood Lead Teacher

Overview

The Two's/Preschool Lead Teacher plays a pivotal role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children ages 2 to 3. This position is responsible for implementing an age-appropriate curriculum that supports the developmental milestones of young children, including social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. The Lead Teacher will collaborate closely with families to ensure individualized care and learning plans that respect each child's unique needs and background.

Additionally, this role involves supervising assistant teachers and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and safety standards within the classroom. Ultimately, the Lead Teacher will establish a positive foundation for lifelong learning by fostering curiosity, exploration, and early social skills in a warm and engaging environment.

. We are looking for dedicated educators who are committed to providing high-quality educational childcare while fostering early childhood development in a structured, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have relevant educational experience, a sincere commitment to nurturing young children, and meet one of the following educational qualifications:

• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential
• Associate’s Degree
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 60 college credits, including 6 credits in Early Childhood Education (ECE)
