Physical Therapist Assistant I, Outpatient, Days/evenings
Hourly Pay Range: $24.86 - $37.29 — The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Physical Therapist Assistant I, Outpatient - Location:
Gurnee, IL - Full-Time: 40 hours per week; M-F 8am-7pm;
Two evenings per week;

- Provide physical therapy treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients under the general supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Prepare and maintain accurate patient records
- License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the State of IL required.
- Education: Graduate of a school of Physical Therapy Assistant program with possession of an Associate Degree from an accredited college or university approved by the APTA required.
- Certification: CPR certification required.
