As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with autism, ages 0-15. You will work closely with our team of behavior analysts, therapists, and family members to create a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses the unique needs of each child. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing behavior plans, conducting assessments, and providing coaching and training to our team.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism in a hybrid (in person/remote) position
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform treatment plans
- Provide coaching and training to our team of behavior analysts, therapists, and family members
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience
- Must have an IL state license
- Possess a strong background in ABA principles and methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Passionate about working with children with autism and their families
