About the Role:
The Senior Project Manager will lead all aspects of project delivery - from planning and scheduling to budgeting, resource management, and client coordination. You'll provide technical direction, ensure quality standards are met, and keep projects on time and within budget. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership, mentor others, and grow into a strategic leadership position.

What You'll Do:

• Plan project objectives, performance goals, and timelines
• Oversee resources, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency

What You'll Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in both preconstruction/estimating and project management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Deep understanding of building systems, safety, and quality standards
