This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Operator based in the Greater Chicago Area. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, performing quality control checks, and ensuring consistent production processes. Additional day-to-day tasks will include using hand tools to address machinery adjustments, troubleshooting errors, and collaborating with team members to achieve operational goals. Adherence to safety protocols and company standards is essential for this role.
Qualifications- Competence in Machine Operation and handling various types of industrial machinery
- Experience with Quality Control procedures and ensuring adherence to operational standards
- Proficiency in using hand tools for maintenance and repairs
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting
- Ability to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner
- Familiarity with safety standards in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
