Hourly position with a 12‑hour rotating shift schedule.

Nosco is looking for a Loader Operator at our Gurnee, IL facility. This role is on our 12‑hour rotating shift schedule.

• Operate available equipment to ensure production objectives are met.
• Cross‑train on all finishing assets in the Bindery department.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance/repairs, report mechanical defects to the operator, manager, and team lead, and keep machinery in good working condition.
• Ensure quality system procedures are followed at all times.
• Ensure the department meets all needs for customer satisfaction, including on‑time delivery.

• Preferably +2 years of Bindery (literature folder gluer) or other technical skills operating machinery.
• Experience with basic quality systems and documentation.
• Flexibility to work any shift and overtime; ability to work quickly and adapt to change.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Physical requirements:
  
  twisting, turning, squeezing, grasping, reaching, kneeling, crawling, pulling, extended periods of standing, and ability to lift 50 pounds; long periods of concentration.
• Good speaking, hearing, and vision.
