Roquette seeks a Plant Production Shift Supervisor for our Gurnee, Illinois facility. You will lead day-to-day plant operations, supervise production staff, and coordinate safety, maintenance, and process improvements to meet production and shipping goals.
You will oversee boilers, cooling towers, and utility operations while ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety protocols. This role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience and a BS degree or equivalent.
