The Role:

The Marketing Manager, Innovation Manager will be responsible for helping generate and execute the innovation pipeline across the company’s consumer brands. This role will be at the forefront of developing new products, whitespace opportunities, and ensuring quality delivery of new products to market. You will lead all aspects of the product development process, from concept creation and positioning to pricing and commercialization, ensuring alignment with brand purposes and priorities.

Additionally, this role requires significant cross-functional collaboration, particularly with the Brand, Sales Strategy, R&D, and Project Management teams. This position thrives leveraging creativity, strategic insight, and data to create compelling new products that drive market success.

What You Will Do
  • Identify New Opportunities
    :
    Leverage in-depth knowledge of consumer and category trends, competition, and shopper behaviors to ideate and execute new product opportunities that drive profitability growth.
  • Lead Product Development
    :
    Oversee all aspects of product development, from creating meaningful consumer concepts and positioning innovation ideas to effectively communicating product benefits, pricing, and cost strategies.
  • Utilize Insights and Data
    :
    Leverage trends, insights, and data from multiple sources to inform new product ideas and sizing opportunities. Initiate and manage market research projects to gain valuable insights.
  • Leverage Strong Financial Acumen
    : bring new products to market by evaluating cost versus value benefits and maximizing revenue potential to gain share & profit.
  • Prepare Persuasive Materials
    :
    Develop compelling sales and internal communication materials to sell innovation pipeline strategies and new product ideas to key internal stakeholders.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Project
    s:
    Act as the project lead and liaison with other cross-functional partners to ensure innovation initiatives progress toward launch and receive the necessary resources and support.
  • Support Production Process
    :
    Partner closely with project management, operations, and planning to ensure feasible execution & deliver quality products on time.
  • Collaborate with Brand Teams
    :
    Work closely with brand teams to ensure all new items in development align with each brand’s purpose and priorities.
  • Manage Market Research Projects
    :
    Initiate and manage market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and shopper insights, facilitating continued brand growth.
