• 2 year of experience scheduling in the health care industry.

• Currently certified as a Nurse Aide in Illinois.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Computer proficient and capability of learning new software.

• Able to promote strong interpersonal relationships.

The primary purpose for the CNA Supervisor is to expedite patient care by scheduling and managing assignments for our clinical team. The CNA Supervisor will also be required to work some shifts on the floor.

• Manage initial clinical staff shift assignments.

• Communicate assignments, assignment changes and all ongoing scheduling needs.

• Work the floor as needed.
