The Quality Control Inspector ensures finished products and raw materials meet quality control requirements and interacts with production, purchasing, and shipping departments.

• Inspect the quality of raw materials and outsourced products requiring incoming inspection.
• Document defective findings and communicate quality issues to supply chain to resolve them.
• Check the filling line before each production run to ensure: all packaging materials from the previous run are removed, the line is cleaned and validated (if required), and correct packaging types are present.
• Inspect finished products for fill weight, heat seal, color and odor, lot number, application and removal torque, general appearance, pallet configurations, and other criteria.
• Document quality control findings and review daily production batch records.
• Archive production records and associated quality documents.
• Train production personnel on quality procedures.
• Work with the production department to resolve quality issues with finished products.
• Perform detailed quality control inspection of first runs of new products.

Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
