Lead and coach the merchandising team to deliver brand standards and guest experience, maximize floorset execution and guest readiness.;
Drive sales as Leader on Duty by optimizing fitting room and sales floor productivity and analyzing daily trends to make strategic decisions.;
Develop short- and long-term business plans to achieve key KPIs and ensure inventory replenishment and sell-through.;
Recruit, train, and develop store associates; provide ongoing feedback and performance reviews.;
Maintain store visual standards, safety, and asset protection, ensuring compliance with policies.
