• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in the selection of frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, helping customers choose the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Actively contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff (Target Host partners).
• Maintain the appearance of the store, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems, computers, calculators, basic phone, and math skills.
• Comfortable embracing new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with a demonstrated ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.

Pay Range: $16.07 – $22.48 per hour. Competitive bonus and/or commission plans may also be offered. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
