• Deliver outstanding customer service on the sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Build relationships with customers, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with the right products and services.
• Meet daily sales targets and performance goals through smart selling and engagement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor and fitting room environment.
• Support teammates by sharing knowledge, collaborating, and fostering a positive work culture.
• Promote and enroll customers in the loyalty program, closing transactions accurately.
• Use electronic devices, cash registers, and other technology to process sales.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Ability to meet or exceed daily sales goal challenges.
• Comfortable using electronic devices and cash register systems.
• Perseverance and adaptability in a fast‑moving retail environment.
• Team‑player mentality while also being self‑motivated.
• Proficient in reading and understanding employment policies and safety procedures.

• Must stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
• Reach above eye level as needed.
• Require clear vision, color perception, and depth perception.
• Frequent use of computers, handheld devices, and cash registers.
