The Retail Floor Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for opening and closing the store, supporting sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experience, and coordinating day‑to‑day store execution. The role supports the Store Manager by managing the sales floor, coaching team members on customer engagement, loyalty, operations, and ensuring store standards, processes, and policies are executed consistently.
Responsibilities- Brand Experience/Customer Service – Ensure excellence in customer service, initiate conversations with customers, build relationships, assist in fitting rooms, recommend products aligned with customer needs, build brand loyalty through the rewards program, proactively learn product trends, consistently achieve personal sales targets, and provide product information.
- Visual, Operation, and Safety – Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep the sales floor clean and organized, lead daily store operations (opening, closing, point‑of‑sale integrity, freight processing, loss prevention, safety initiatives), merchandise designated areas following brand guidelines, adhere to policies, and manage injury reports and loss prevention audits.
- Leadership – Act as Manager on Duty rotating basis, assign tasks, provide in‑the‑moment coaching, update Store Manager on performance, assist onboarding and training of new team members, address customer concerns professionally, and manage labor and payroll expenses to maximize sales and productivity.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Retail or customer‑facing experience preferred but not required.
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Essential Functions – Cultivate reasonable accommodations as needed.
- Clear and respectful communication with customers and team members.
- Operate office equipment and technology (cash register, computer, phone, scanners).
- Stand, move, walk, lift (25lbs regularly, up to 50lbs occasionally), and perform manual labor to restock or rearrange displays.
- Reach, stretch, bend, stoop, and crouch to retrieve items.
- Accurate reading of labels and attention to detail.
- Salary: $15.75–$20.75 per hour.
