Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the Store Manager, takes an entrepreneurial approach to driving store sales and the overall store experience.
• Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values.
• Supports the Store Manager to elevate every aspect of the store experience through optimizing product flow, efficient store operations and visual merchandising.
• Cultivates a welcoming and inclusive environment by interpreting customer feedback and team insights.
• Takes an active role in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse and engaged team.
• Provides timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability.
• Collaborates with leadership team to assess product sell-through and identify store successes and opportunities.
• Maintains a well‑organized, clean and presentable building.

• Passion for Reclectic brand and concept
• 3+ years store leadership experience
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
• Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business
• Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays
