Job Overview

As a Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you will play an essential role in supporting store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. You will receive, organize, and pick merchandise; pack and process trailers; retrieve orders from the back‑of‑house storage and deliver them curbside to the customer; monitor alerts to ensure ready‑on‑time completion of Buy Online Pickup In‑Store (BOPS) orders;

and keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. You will also greet shoppers warmly, resolve issues, and deliver orders curbside with care.

  • Receiving merchandise, tagging items, or organizing the stockroom to set the day up for smooth operations and strong results.
  • Focusing on the customer on the floor, during curbside pickups, or through timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintaining a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting needed merchandise moves.
  • Supporting one another with honesty, care, and collaboration so we can better serve our customers and communities.

Full‑time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part‑time colleagues are scheduled 12‑24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability. Essential

Physical Requirements
  • Talk, lift, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
  • Stand for at least two consecutive hours, lift at least 50 lbs, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
  • Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
  • Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions.
