Brand Representative - Gurnee Mills, Abercrombie & Fitch

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers, anticipating needs, initiating conversation, and offering product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment, including folding, hanging, sizing, and ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cash wrap while ensuring a friendly and positive checkout experience.
• Create a seamless omni‑channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, fulfilling in‑store pick‑up, and packaging ship‑from‑store orders.

• Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience.
