Outside Sales Representative

Shift Schedule

Monday - Friday 7AM-5PM

ABC Supply is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to sell residential and commercial building materials to contractor customers. The role involves building new relationships and maintaining existing ones.

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships
• Utilize sales reports and data to identify sales opportunities in customer buying patterns
• Make cold calls to prospective customers
• Follow sales leads and schedule appointments with prospective customers
• Follow up with customers and provide solutions if a service concern arises
• Provide training to customers and their teams on product lines and services
• Assist customers in the credit application process
• Connect with customers to ensure that past‑due bills are paid and collect payments when necessary

• College degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of the building contractor process and product lines preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass an MVR check
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Superior time management and organization skills

Salary Range (Base + Commission): $40,000–$100,000 Annually. Actual earnings may vary depending on sales performance.
