• Meet with homeowners to inspect and evaluate exterior remodeling needs
• Educate customers on roofing, siding, window, door, and gutter solutions
• Present customized proposals and financing options
• Guide customers through retail and insurance restoration projects
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional service
• Manage your sales pipeline from lead to project completion
• Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections
• Previous sales experience is required
• Experience in roofing, remodeling, construction, or in-home sales is a plus
