As an Outside Sales team member, you will prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory. You will use our CRM to identify prospects, close new business, and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas. You will provide solutions to customers’ work apparel needs through weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and company branding services, ensuring teams across every industry look professional and are ready to perform.

- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet, and Contact Management System (CMS).
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role.
- Prior B2B sales experience.

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $60,000 and $150,000 per year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The disclosed range reflects factors considered in compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience, training, performance, and other business needs.
