Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Have an active driver’s license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding prior employment.
• Meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and drive to work in a team environment to meet goals.
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.

• Majority of work is a 4‑day workweek.
• Majority of work does not include nights or weekends.

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses and incentives are also available.
