La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a sales associate to drive store sales, assist in design consultations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Training pay starts at $16/hour for 2–6 weeks, with average earnings of $35,000–$55,000+ after training, including base, bonus, and commissions.
Post-training pay includes a base rate of $13/hour plus uncapped commissions (3% on Design Sales, 2% on other sales) and a quarterly $1,500 bonus based on sales goals.
