Location: Office in Wisconsin Rapids, WI servicing the greater WI Rapids community (onsite / field project work supervision required)

FIELD MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Confirm schedule of crews, verify ordered materials
• Setting up and organizing worksites
• Relay instructions to successfully complete the required job
• Perform pre-job inspections to ensure the estimate is correct
• Crew scheduling around weather delays and material delays
• Meet crews on job sites to review work scope / confirm materials
• Perform roughly 1-2 jobs a day
• Participates in continuous training and development initiatives to grow skills in your trade
• Weekly 1:1 touch base video calls with your manager
• Reports to the Production Manager

FIELD MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years experience with any combination of roofing, siding and/or window installation required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
• Previous employment as a Roofing, Siding and/or Window Installer, Site Manager, Installation Manager, Foreman, Superintendent, Carpenter, Expeditor, or similar required
• Must be willing to travel to various job sites within a 50-60 mile radius to directly oversee crew work (most of work will be in Milwaukee area)
• Familiarity with asphalt shingle roofing, vinyl siding, LP siding, and/or vinyl windows is preferred. Working with both pocket and full-frame window installations is also a plus.
• Can lift up to 70 lbs as needed (building materials)
• Must have a clean driving record (will be provided a company truck and gas card)
• Good computer and phone skills are required. Will be required to document project pictures and updates via phone and computer to our software app Accu Lynx.
