• Performs maintenance and preventive services for mobility, lockers, strollers, wheelchairs, ECVs, arcade machines, and other allied equipment.
• Responsible for cash collection and deposits.
• Diagnoses and maintains documentation, including maintenance inspection records.
• Troubleshoots, cleans equipment and makes recommendations to clients.
• Completes parts orders as needed and prepares equipment, tools, materials for service work.
• Responsible for knowledge of interpreting manuals as required.
• Follows company policies/procedures and performs other duties as assigned.
• Able to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of experience in equipment service or maintenance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Mechanically inclined and oriented with troubleshooting skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Exhibits a willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrates a professional attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
• Works independently with limited supervision.
• Travel may be required.
