Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Commercial & Industrial Electricians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical systems and a strong understanding of both high and low voltage applications, and preferably hold OSHA-10 or OSHA-30. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints, using various electrical tools, and performing installations and repairs in commercial or industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment according to specifications and safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Utilize voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other hand tools to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
• Work on both high voltage and low voltage systems as required by the project specifications.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time while ensuring quality workmanship.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices or less experienced electricians as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an industrial/commercial electrician or in a similar role within the electrical field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical theory, wiring methods, and safety practices.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications related to electrical installations.
• Familiarity with using hand tools and specialized equipment for electrical work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve project goals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
