National Youth Advocate Program in Illinois seeks a Case Manager I for La Jornada to complete timely assessments, develop service plans, and maintain files in ORR portals. The role requires coordinating intake interviews with youth and sponsors and working with multidisciplinary teams.
You will work with a diverse team, handle flexible scheduling including weekends, and must pass a Level II background check with CPI/First Aid optional certifications. Bilingual Spanish is highly valued.
