Position: Executive Assistant / Administration
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive  Executive Assistant  to provide comprehensive support to our CEO and other members of the executive team. The ideal candidate will be a flexible team player with a proven track record of managing complex schedules, streamlining workflows, and maintaining strict confidentiality. This role is crucial for ensuring that our senior executives can focus on achieving key organizational goals.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities     Executive Support:  Provide primary support to the CEO and additional assistance to the executive team, ensuring company goals are met and operations run efficiently.
Process Management:  Maintain and refine internal processes that support executives, and coordinate both internal and external resources to expedite workflows.
Communication Management:  Act as a key liaison for internal and external communication on various projects and tasks.
Scheduling & Coordination:  Manage the professional and personal schedule for the Founder, including agendas, mail, email, and phone calls. Coordinate complex calendars and the flow of information to senior executives.
Administrative Support:  Provide administrative and office support, including typing, spreadsheet creation, and maintaining a contact database and filing system.
Confidentiality:  Uphold the highest level of professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
Event Planning:  Organize team communications and plan internal and off-site events.
Required

Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

Two or more years  of experience in an administrative role, reporting directly to upper management.
Communication:  Excellent  written and verbal communication skills .
Time Management:  Strong  time-management skills  and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
Technical Proficiency:  Proficiency with office productivity tools like  Excel or Google Sheets , with an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
Adaptability:  A flexible team player who is willing to adapt to changes and take on new challenges.
Additional Details

Work Schedule:

6-day working week.
Timings:  10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Gurgaon.
