Who we are:

Over the past 17 years, Medanta has created an unrivalled impact in delivering world class multi-specialty care for patients in India. We have hospitals in Gurgaon, Noida, Lucknow, Patna, Indore and Ranchi. In addition, we have clinics in Defence Colony (South Delhi), Cyber city & Subhash Chowk (Gurgaon), and at the Delhi Airport. Medanta is constantly growing and has also ventured in Retail vertical through Diagnostics (Laboratory Services) and Pharmacies.

We also have also launched homecare services. We further plan to scale up existing facilities and expand into a few more geographical areas and also identify new avenues (Academics - Medical College) within the Healthcare eco-system. As we continue to scale and grow into new geographies, explore innovative methods of healthcare delivery, we are looking to hire exceptional talent to achieve our vision and grow in the process to achieve their professional aspiration.

Position Summary
Work closely with the CEO’s Office and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, provide actionable business insights, and enable cross-functional alignment and execution. The role will support enterprise-wide programs across growth, operations, digital transformation, finance, HR, procurement, and operational excellence, acting as a strategic enabler to help teams solve problems and deliver outcomes.

Strategic Planning & Business Insights
Support the CEO’s Office and senior leadership in evaluating strategic priorities, business opportunities, and organizational initiatives.
Conduct structured research and business analysis to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Develop presentations, business cases, dashboards, and strategic documents to support leadership decision-making.
Strategic Initiatives & Program Enablement
Support the planning and execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
Work across multiple functions to enable initiatives related to growth, operations, digital transformation, finance, HR, procurement, and operational excellence.
Bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives by defining objectives, milestones, dependencies, and key actions.
Track progress, identify potential roadblocks, and work with relevant stakeholders to drive timely resolution and execution.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a connector and enabler across business functions and senior stakeholders.
Drive alignment on priorities, objectives, and execution plans across multiple teams.
Facilitate discussions and follow-ups to ensure decisions are translated into actionable outcomes.
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization and effectively navigate complex organizational structures.
Demonstrate the ability to influence and get things done without direct authority.
Digital & Transformation Initiatives
Support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across operations, finance, HR, data, and digital ecosystems.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes, customer/patient journeys, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
Support digital initiatives focused on optimizing customer/patient acquisition channels and Lead-to-Revenue workflows.
Operational Excellence & Problem Solving
Work with teams to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Support the design and implementation of solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and business outcomes.
Bring a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to solving complex and ambiguous business problems.
Help establish mechanisms for tracking strategic initiatives, performance, and key outcomes.
