What You’ll Do:

As our  Senior Graphic Designer , you will play a pivotal role in shaping Assess Prep’s visual identity and ensuring that our branding and marketing efforts are impactful, consistent, and engaging.
Design high-quality marketing collateral:  Create compelling graphics for digital and print marketing campaigns, including brochures, flyers, banners, and social media posts.
Develop exhibition and event materials:  Design standees, posters, and booth materials for educational conferences and trade shows.
Create brand assets:  Develop logos, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements that reinforce our brand identity across all touchpoints.
Produce infographics and data visualizations:  Translate complex data into clear, engaging visual content for presentations and marketing.
Enhance UI/UX design:  Contribute to the visual design of our platform, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams:  Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive visual communication across all projects.
A Typical Week Might Include:

Designing a  brochure  to showcase Assess Prep’s key features for an upcoming educational conference.
Creating  social media graphics  for a campaign targeting international schools.
Developing a  standee design  for an education trade show.
Producing an  info graphic  illustrating the impact of Assess Prep on student learning outcomes.
Designing a  new UI feature  for Assess Prep’s platform, focusing on user experience and accessibility.
Participating in  brainstorming sessions  with marketing and product teams for upcoming campaigns and initiatives.

UI/UX Design Lead:  Take a more prominent role in product design and user experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven design expertise:  5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing marketing collateral, brand assets, and digital campaigns.
Mastery of design tools:  Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
Strong understanding of print and digital design:  Ability to design for various mediums while maintaining brand consistency.
UI/UX knowledge:  Understanding of user experience principles and the ability to design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
Passion for edtech:  Excitement about leveraging technology to enhance education.
Collaboration skills:  Experience working with marketing, product, and sales teams to create impactful designs.
Attention to detail:  Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and composition.
Adaptability:  Ability to handle multiple projects and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
