Role Overview   We're looking for a Graphic Designer who understands aesthetics, detail, and brand consistency. Someone who can translate Surma's philosophy into clean, compelling, and high-quality visual content across digital platforms.
This is a hands-on execution role, ideal for someone strong in fundamentals and excited to grow with a brand.

Key Responsibilities    Design creatives for Instagram (posts, reels covers, stories, ads)
Create performance marketing assets for Meta and other digital platforms
Design website banners, landing visuals, and emailers
Ensure consistency in typography, color, and brand language
Adapt designs across multiple sizes and formats quickly
Collaborate with the marketing and content team on campaigns
Create lookbook layouts and mood boards
Assist with shoot decks, visual references, and campaign presentations
Requirements    1–3 years of experience in graphic design
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Good understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency
Strong attention to detail
A portfolio showcasing social and digital work
Good to Have    Experience working with lifestyle / fashion / beauty brands
Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects)
Understanding of performance marketing creatives
