About Pogoloom   Pogoloom is a premium Western kidswear brand creating stylish, modern, and trend-forward clothing for children aged 2–10 years. We are building a distinctive brand that combines contemporary fashion, creativity, and a strong visual identity.
We are looking for a   Brand Identity & Graphic Designer   who can help shape and maintain Pogoloom's visual language across digital, social media, campaigns, packaging, and other brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities    Develop and maintain Pogoloom's   brand identity and visual language   .
Create creative designs for   Instagram, social media campaigns, advertisements, and digital platforms   .
Design marketing creatives, banners, promotional materials, presentations, and campaign assets.
Work on   packaging, labels, tags, inserts, and other brand collaterals   .
Create mood boards, design concepts, typography, color palettes, and visual directions.
Ensure consistency of the Pogoloom brand across all communication channels.
Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative campaigns.
Convert creative concepts into visually appealing and commercially effective designs.
Stay updated with   fashion, kidswear, design, social media, and global visual trends   .
Create designs that reflect a   premium, modern, playful, and aspirational kidswear aesthetic   .
Adapt designs into multiple formats and sizes for different digital and offline requirements.
Contribute ideas for photoshoots, campaigns, launches, seasonal collections, and brand storytelling.
Required Skills    Strong understanding of   Brand Identity & Visual Communication   .
Excellent knowledge of   Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator   .
Working knowledge of   Figma and/or Canva   is a plus.
Strong understanding of   typography, color theory, composition, and layout   .
Good knowledge of social media design, especially   Instagram   .
Ability to create both   concept-driven and performance-oriented creatives   .
Strong attention to detail and consistency.
Good understanding of current   fashion and lifestyle design trends   .
Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience    Experience in   fashion, kidswear, lifestyle, D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands   will be preferred.
Experience working on   brand guidelines or complete visual identity systems   is an advantage.

Experience with packaging and print design will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of AI creative tools such as   Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar tools   is a plus.
