Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced   Graphic Designer   to develop visually appealing designs for digital marketing, social media, branding, campaigns, websites, and other communication materials.

Key Responsibilities
Create creative designs for   social media posts, banners, advertisements, campaigns, brochures, and marketing materials  .
Develop graphics for   Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, websites, and other digital platforms  .
Design creatives for performance marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Work closely with the   Marketing, Content, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams  .
Understand campaign requirements and convert concepts into visually engaging designs.
Maintain consistency with   brand guidelines, colors, typography, and visual identity  .
Create creatives for healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, products, services, and corporate communication.
Develop   infographics, presentations, posters, standees, flyers, and other offline/online materials  .
Resize and adapt designs according to different platform specifications.
Edit images, retouch photographs, and enhance visual assets when required.
Handle multiple design projects and deliver them within deadlines.
Stay updated with   design trends, social media formats, and creative industry standards  .
Maintain organized design files and creative assets.

Required Skills
Strong proficiency in   Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator  .
Knowledge of   CorelDRAW, Figma, Canva, or Adobe InDesign   will be an advantage.
Good understanding of   typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy  .
Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
Experience designing   social media and digital marketing creatives  .
Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification & Experience
Degree/Diploma in   Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field   preferred.
3+ years of professional Graphic Design experience  .
Experience in   healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, e-commerce, advertising, or digital marketing   will be an added advantage.
Portfolio of previous design work is required.
