Graphics Designer​/Motion Graphics

Position: Graphics Designer/ Motion Graphics
The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trend  Role and Responsibility of Art Designer

· Create & modify fonts according to brand guidelines.

· Creates professional designs and layouts for promotional material by creating templates, handouts,    advertisements, posters, signs, logos, and other visual layouts.

· Determines style, technique, and medium best suited to organization promotion strategies.

· Prepare new and unique illustrations, innovative layout prints and rough sketches of presentation and organization   brochures and designs graphics for website in line with branding guidelines.

· Be enthusiastic about the assigned brand and be eager to learn.

· Understanding of graphic design trends, Social Media creative formats

· Strong graphic design skills - Understanding of Typography, Colour theory, composition and aesthetics.

· Software proficiency:
Strong skills on Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects

Minimum Qualifications

· Should have relevant 1-2 years of experience in an advertising/branding agency/digital agency in similar capacity i.e. an Art Director/Graphic Designer/ Visualizer is a pre-requisite.

· Proficient in all major design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (After Effects/Premier Pro is an
added advantage

· Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Art, or a related field, or equivalent field experience would be an added advantage.

· Ability to think creatively and evidence of success in developing brands and delivering them to market.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

· Passionate about the quickly-evolving digital and social media environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
1-2 years of experience in graphic design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
