Travel Desk Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Travel Desk Executive to manage end-to-end corporate travel bookings while ensuring compliance with company policies, cost optimization, and a seamless travel experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage domestic and international travel bookings (Flights, Hotels, Trains, Cabs, and Buses) through MMT MyBiz and approved travel vendors.
Ensure all bookings align with the company's travel policy and approval process.
Coordinate with employees, travel partners, and vendors for bookings, modifications, cancellations, and emergency travel support.
Optimize travel costs by identifying the most economical and policy-compliant travel options.
Verify travel invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and coordinate with Finance for timely payments.
Maintain travel MIS, booking records, expense reports, and track refunds/credits.
Build and maintain effective relationships with travel vendors to ensure service quality and SLA compliance.
Qualifications &

Experience:

Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in corporate travel management or with a travel agency.
Hands-on experience with MMT MyBiz or similar corporate travel booking platforms.
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and maintaining travel MIS.
